Engineered From the Ground Up
Helical piers where the site calls for them, double checked ledger connections, and properly sized framing. The structure is right before a single board goes down.
Premium Materials Only
Trex, TimberTech, Deckorators, and DuxxBak. We install what actually holds up to Ohio weather, not what pads the margin.
Custom Design, Every Time
You see a 3D model before we break ground. Layout, materials, and elevations are approved before any tools come out.

DuxxBak CompositeFrequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to build a deck?
Most composite decks take 5 to 10 business days once materials are on site. Larger builds with covered roofs or complex layouts usually run 2 to 3 weeks. Permit timelines vary by city and can add a few weeks up front. You will get a clear schedule with your quote, so you are never guessing.
Do I need a permit, or do you handle that?
We handle it: permit applications, submissions, and every required inspection. We work directly with your local building department so you never have to make a single call. It is part of the project, not an extra.
What is the difference between composite and wood decking?
Composite costs more up front but less over time. No staining, no sealing, no replacing rotted boards. Wood is cheaper to start but needs yearly maintenance and usually shows its age within 10 to 12 years. We build both and will help you decide what makes sense for you.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We work with financing partners so you can build now and pay over time. Ask during your consultation and we will walk through the options, or see financing.
Can you help design my deck?
Absolutely. Every project starts with a custom design phase. We review your space, walk through layout options, show you material samples, and build a 3D model so you know exactly what you are getting before we start.
Do you do repairs, or only new builds?
Both. If your frame is structurally sound, we can resurface with composite boards, replace railings, and rebuild stairs without tearing everything down. We will tell you honestly whether a repair or a rebuild is the better investment.
What is included in your quote?
A detailed line item estimate covering materials, labor, permit fees, and anything specific to your site. No vague allowances and no surprises at the end. If the scope changes, we talk it through with you before anything moves forward.
What areas do you serve?
Most of Northeast Ohio, including Akron, Medina, Hudson, Strongsville, Richfield, Westlake, Solon, Brunswick, and more than 30 communities in all. See the full list on our Locations page.
