StruXure Louvered Pergolas · Northeast Ohio
Sun when you want it. Cover when it rains.
The StruXure Pergola X has motorized aluminum louvers you open and close from your phone. Tilt them for shade, open them for sun, or close them tight when the rain rolls in, and keep using your deck either way.

One roof that adjusts to the weather
A standard pergola gives you some shade. A solid roof gives you full cover but blocks the sky. StruXure does both. The louvers rotate so you can dial in exactly how much sun or shade you want at any time of day.
When the louvers close, they interlock and send water into a 360 degree hidden gutter system, so the space underneath stays dry. With the optional rain sensor, the roof can close on its own when it starts to rain.
It runs on Somfy motors and can be controlled from a smartphone app, a remote, a wall switch, or voice assistants like Alexa and Google. Add lights, fans, heat, and sound and it becomes a true outdoor room.
Choose the roof that fits how you live
Every StruXure system is custom sized and configured. These are the main louver and canopy styles.

A deck built to carry it
A louvered roof is only as good as what holds it up. We design the deck, footings, and framing to carry the pergola and its loads, and plan the wiring for lights, fans, and heat so everything is ready when the roof goes on.
StruXure questions
Can a StruXure pergola go on a deck?
Yes. It can attach to the house or stand on its own, on a deck or on a patio. The deck has to be designed to support it, which is where we come in.
What happens when it rains?
The louvers interlock when closed and send the water into a hidden gutter system. With a rain sensor, the roof can close on its own.
How big can it be?
A single zone can be up to 12 x 20 feet, and zones connect to cover larger spaces.
What colors are available?
Six standard colors: white, beige, bronze, adobe, black, and gray, with custom colors available.
Will it hold up to Ohio winters?
It is made of fully extruded aluminum and engineered for heavy snow loads and high winds.
