A Backyard Built for Every Season
This family wanted a backyard destination, not just a deck. We ran the whole project as general contractor, from the 3D design to the first pool party: a big new pavilion tied into the pool house, a U shaped bar, a pickleball court, and the heat, lights, and sound to use it all year.

One place for the whole family
The existing pool house pavilion was too small for how this family actually lives. They wanted room to cook, eat, watch the game, and play, all without leaving the backyard.
We started with 3D renderings so they could see it all before a shovel hit the ground, then managed every trade from concrete and masonry to plumbing, electrical, audio, and landscaping.

Cathedral Pavilion
A 24 x 21 gable roof tied into the pool house with stone columns and a vaulted ceiling. More on covered roofs
U Shaped Outdoor Bar
A 15 x 15 bar finished in Versatex with Bliss outdoor cabinets and under counter lighting. More on outdoor kitchens
Versatex Natural Amber
Versatex Canvas Series PVC with the look of real wood and none of the staining, on the ceiling and the TV wall.
Pickleball Court
A regulation court on a new concrete slab, with landscaping around it. More on backyard transformations
Heat, Light, and Sound
A Bromic heater, recessed lights, a ceiling fan, and eight speakers so the space works in every season. More on lighting and electrical
