Lucas Brown
Luke was born near Chicago. In 1989 his family moved to Vermont, where at the age of 13 he was given the opportunity to work for a custom home builder. Every summer for the next four years he worked for this contractor all over the state of Vermont building beautiful homes. At 17, his family moved to NE Ohio where he joined the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America, Cleveland Local Union No. 212 as an apprentice. For the next four years Luke worked diligently honing skills and learning all aspects of the construction trades.
After completing the apprenticeship program he graduated in 2004 as a Journeyman Carpenter with credits towards a degree in Applied Science in Carpentry. He worked the next four years for reputable commercial construction companies on various projects such as; University Hospital , Lakewood Hospital, Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland Cavs practice facility in Independence, Cleveland Clinic Brunswick facility, Orange school district facilities, Fireland Hospital in Sandusky, as well as several others. In 2008, Luke redirected his path and started a construction company.
His goal is to provide clients with the best quality products and impeccable craftsmanship with an experience they’ll favorably remember. So In 2009, Luke started Dream Decks and continues to provide superior quality decks and outdoor living spaces throughout Northeast Ohio.
